You can return your order to us within 14 days. In the event of a defect in the product, we refer to the German warranty.

How long does it take to deliver patches?

Within Germany, shipping takes place within 3 - 7 working days. International shipments can take up to 14 working days.

Do we offer free shipping for orders?

From an order of 100€, free shipping is charge only for Germany.

Do you have any minimum number of patches a user can order through the website?

A minimum order is only necessary for personalized patches. From an order quantity of 20 pieces, you can order an individual design as a patch.
